Neon Portrait Studio is operated as a UK sole trader business. By using our website and purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We provide an AI-powered portrait prompt generation service. You upload a photo, select a style, complete payment, and receive a detailed AI image generation prompt personalised to your photo. This prompt can be used with third-party AI image generators (Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo AI, etc.) to create neon futurist artwork.
What you receive: A text-based AI image generation prompt (digital file/text). We do not generate the final image ourselves — we generate the specialised prompt.
Our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

The AI prompt generated for you is provided for your personal use. You may use it to generate images with any AI image platform. We retain no ownership of prompts delivered to customers. However, you may not resell the raw prompt output as a product without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for: (a) the quality of images produced by third-party AI generators using our prompts; (b) any indirect or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from events outside our control (force majeure).
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Contact us at hello@neonportraits.co.uk. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the UK European Online Dispute Resolution platform or seek advice from Citizens Advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
